Covert Public Schools is in the process of liquidating vehicles from their transportation fleet and will offer vehicles as indicated below for sale through a closed/sealed bid process to the highest bidder.
Closed/sealed bids will be accepted from Monday, April 29, 2024, through Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at 3 pm. Any bids received after 3 pm on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, will not be accepted or considered in the bid process.
All qualifying bids will be opened by the board president, or its designee, and the superintendent. Information will be shared with all board members, who will select the highest bidders for each vehicle at the regular Board of Education meeting on Monday, June 10, 2024, at 6:00 pm in the District Professional Development Room at covert public schools.
All bids must contain your contact information: name, address, telephone number and the amount you are bidding. Place in an envelope, seal it, and indicate on the outside of the envelope which vehicle you wish to bid on. one bid per envelope per vehicle.

Minimum bid: $3,500
• 2003 International 3000 series, 71-passenger bus, 180,796 miles
